The King Conservation District offers a hands-on, inquiry based program on stormwater and pollution reduction education for K-12 students. Programs include Water on Wheels for K-6th grade, Environmental Detectives for 8th grade, and the Envirothon competition for High School students.
These programs are designed to help schools meet state science standards and cities meet NPDES Phase II permit requirements for public education and outreach.

All programs are designed to meet EPA’s NDPES Phase II Public Education & Outreach requirement and support your needs of providing high quality education to reduce stormwater pollution.
All curricula align with the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and are designed to be easily integrated into current classroom programming.
