Liz works as a project coordinator on the Engagement Team. In 2014, she joined KCD as an Educational Outreach Assistant on the Boise Creek Community Project to educate landowners in the Boise Creek Watershed area of southeast King County and also helped launch KCD’s Stream Steward program. A true Washington native, Liz grew up in Normandy Park and attended Western Washington University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Art with a concentration on Graphic Design and Illustration. Liz and her husband and son have livestock and grow hay on their 10-acre farm in Enumclaw. Liz is a strong advocate for KCD programs and previously worked closely with Alayne Blickle of Horses For Clean Water for over 20 years doing website management, documentation publishing and social networking. Currently, she spends a great deal of her time volunteering as the market manager for Enumclaw Plateau Farmers’ Market.
