KUOW Spotlight: Highline College Initiates New Community Agriculture Program

Highline College introduced a new Community Agriculture Certificate Program to support people seeking new careers in urban food production with a year-round series of courses on growing food in dense urban environments.

In 2015, King Conservation District awarded an $80,000 grant to Highline College to expand opportunities for South King County immigrants, refugees and youth to participate in the Community Agriculture Program. Below are links to news about the program:
