Sustain the restoration efforts at the park including
- Complete restoration that involves removing invasive plants, performing bioengineering techniques on steep slopes, and installing native plants;
- Remove invasive plants from areas of the park that have not previously received restoration,
- Maintain previously restored areas; and
- Conduct public workshops about and continue to install cost effective and efficient irrigation vessels to support native plantings.
The goal would be to restore 0.25 acres, maintain up to 2-acres and remove invasive plants and apply erosion control on an additional .05 acres and add irrigation vessels to .4 acres

Jessica has a Bachelors degree in Environmental Studies and Spanish and graduate level education in the fields of Public Administration, Urban Planning, and Facilitation and Negotiation. She is an experienced program manager responsible for tracking millions of dollars in grant funding with a successful track record of liaising with local governments, nonprofits, and watershed groups on natural resource conservation issues.
