Notice of Special Meeting – August 28, 2020
Notice is hereby given that the King Conservation District Board of Supervisors has scheduled a special Board meeting to be held on Friday, August 28, 2020 at 11:45-2:45 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and consistent with Governor Inslee’s proclamations, this will be a “remote meeting” only using teleconferencing facilities. Once the meeting is called to order, the Board of Supervisors will move directly into executive session.
The executive session will be held pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to review the performance of a public employee and related matters. No action will be taken by the Board following the executive session. No other business will be considered.
