2021 KCD Board Election Results
The 2021 KCD Board Election results are in. KCD’s Board Election wrapped up Tuesday, March 23rd at 5:00 pm. Final results have been tallied by King County Elections.
With 9,509 votes cast, this election is a record turnout for KCD. Brittney Bush Bollay won the election with 23% of the vote. Results from this election have been submitted to the Washington State Conservation Commission who will review the election and certify it at their next meeting. 2021 KCD Board Election Results
2021 Election
King Conservation District held an election for an open seat on the Board of Supervisors. Voting began March 1, 2021 and ran through March 23, 2021.
The following eight candidates ran for Position #3:

- Kali Clark
- John Comerford
- Wayne Gullstad
- Doug Hennick
- Natalie Reber
- Melissa Tatro
- David Toledo
*Candidate Daryl Delaurenti withdrew from the election. His name still appeared on physical ballots, but he was no longer officially running.
Similar to 2020, the King Conservation District election primarily relied on electronic ballot access, with alternative options for printing and mailing in ballots. King County Elections tabulates all ballots and report all results.
Ballots were available to eligible voters online from March 1, 2021 at 8:00 AM through March 23, 2021, at 5:00 PM. Voters returned ballots electronically through the online ballot access system or printed and mailed ballots to King County Elections at 919 SW Grady Way, Suite 200, Renton, WA 98057. Ballots were required to be postmarked by March 23, 2021, and received by March 26, 2021, to be counted. Ballots also could be dropped off at King County Elections at 919 SW Grady Way, Suite 200, Renton, WA 98057.
King Conservation District includes all registered voters in King County (excluding the cities of Enumclaw, Federal Way, Milton, Pacific, and Skykomish).
