Solidarity Kitchens: Supporting Farmers and Food Entrepreneurs of Color
Description
African Community Housing & Development (ACHD)’s Solidarity Kitchens project will connect food-based small businesses owned by farmers and entrepreneurs of color with low-cost commercial kitchen space. This space will be rented from restaurants on days when the restaurant is closed or not in use. Businesses will also have access to technical assistance in multiple languages as well as direct sales and marketing channels through ACHD’s Delridge Farmers Market.
