Regional Food System Trade Conference
Description
Seattle Good Business Network will partner with Tilth Alliance to hold an inaugural, annual cross-sector food conference, creating opportunities for regional food-system market development by facilitating new business and organizational relationships. In addition to fostering sales partnerships, we intend to further integrate and strengthen the local supply chain through resource matching, infrastructure coordination and collaboration, and education. The conference will feature a series of panels, facilitated networking, seated lunch, and a food and beverage tasting event to introduce regional producers to buyers, with a prioritization for King County producers. To maximize impact and to reach the widest audience, we intend to coordinate the conference with Sustainable Connections’ Farm-to-Table Trade Conference and Business Impact NW’s Food Biz Week, as we have done virtually in 2021 and 2022.
