King Conservation District is seeking a qualified commercial real estate broker/realtor to assist with identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing a commercial property for our organization. We are open to both purchasing or leasing a property and are looking for a real estate professional who can provide market expertise, identify suitable opportunities, and guide us through the process from initial property search through transaction completion.
