King Conservation District is all about you — the residents of King County. Each year, we offer events and classes to help people gain knowledge about local food, as well as natural resource management and restoration on farms and in backyards. In addition, nearly 1,000 of you show up each year to donate thousands of hours on project-based learning opportunities that benefit our region — from watershed restoration to local food production for low-income families. We’re so thankful for our volunteers; we encourage you to contact us directly to get involved in ways that replenish our region’s lands, waters, and peoples.
