Trevor was born in Washington and has been a NRCS certified Farm Conservation Planner for 4 years. In a previous life, Trevor was both a fish ecologist and then an organic chemist. He attended WWU for a bachelor’s in environmental science, and the University of Vermont for graduate studies in Fish ecology. He is currently working towards a master’s degree in Infrastructure Planning and Management, with a focus on agriculture. For the past 5 years Trevor has operated an organic vegetable farm in Skagit with his wife and family, and they have been implementing regenerative agriculture practices on their commercial farm since 2021. In his spare time, of which there is little, he canoes, hikes, carves, block prints and bowls, cooks and reads.
